24 июня в отеле Метрополь прошла традиционная встреча членов жюри Приза Бенуа де ла Данс с представителями прессы. Председатель жюри Приза и художественный руководитель Программы — звезда мирового балета Светлана Захарова. Президент — выдающийся хореограф Юрий Григорович. Проект реализуется при поддержке Министерства культуры РФ.
«На Исторической сцене Большого театра сегодня прошли первые репетиции номинантов. Сейчас мы присутствуем на встрече всех членов жюри. А чуть позже нас ждет самая сложная работа, которую предстоит сделать — это голосование, после которого мы будем понимать, кто получит знаменитую статуэтку. Это — очень волнительный момент. А завтра имена новых лауреатов будут торжественно объявлены на Исторической сцене Большого театра» — рассказала журналистам Светлана Захарова.
В составе жюри Приза Бенуа-2024: Светлана Захарова, Патрик Де Бана, Начо Дуато, Юкари Сайто (Федоров), Тамаш Солимоси, Андрей Уваров, Цюй Цзыцзяо.
На встрече также присутствовали почетные гости, партнеры и руководители Фестиваля: советник генерального директора по устойчивому развитию компании «Северсталь» Захар Азаров, вице-президент Международной ассоциации музыкальных критиков Виктор Игнатов, Председатель Правления РОО «Центр Бенуа» Регина Никифорова.
Все члены жюри выразили благодарность за приглашение принять участие в этом фестивале и сказали, что для них огромная радость — приехать в Москву и побывать в Большом театре.
Информация о Призе:
Международный балетный Приз «Бенуа де ла Данс» (Benois de la Dansе), известный в мире как «Балетный Оскар», присуждается ежегодно за наиболее выдающиеся работы в области хореографии за минувший год.
Приз «Benois de la Danse» учрежден в 1991 году в Москве Международной ассоциацией деятелей хореографии, ныне Международный Союз деятелей хореографии, и представлен впервые в том же году на сцене Большого театра России.
С первого дня существования Программы её художественным руководителем и, по должности, председателем жюри является президент международного Союза деятелей хореографии, выдающийся хореограф Юрий Григорович. Дирекция и Организатор Программы – общественная некоммерческая организация «Центр Бенуа». Автор статуэтки Приза – известный скульптор Игорь Устинов, представитель прославленного семейства Бенуа.
Ежегодно сменяемое международное жюри, состоящее из самых авторитетных деятелей мировой хореографии: руководителей крупнейших балетных трупп, выдающихся хореографов, известных педагогов, звёзд мирового балета, — выдвигает номинантов и, работая на протяжении года, в итоге определяет лучших.
С самого начала, — в 1992 году, — ЮНЕСКО приняла этот Проект под свой патронаж, высоко оценив его огромный творческий потенциал и способность влиять на процесс развития балета в России и мире. В 1996 году Приз включен в программу ЮНЕСКО «Всемирное десятилетие культуры».
В 2002 г. году Министерство Культуры Российской Федерации включило Проект в Федеральную программу «Культурное наследие России».
В 2009 проект «Бенуа де ла Данс» получил патронат и право на логотип Европейского культурного парламента как Программа международного значения.
За 32 года своего существования Приз «Бенуа де ла Данс» вручался в Москве, в Большом театре и Государственном Кремлёвском дворце, во Дворце ЮНЕСКО в Париже, в Национальном театре в Варшаве, в Государственной Опере Унтер ден Линден в Берлине, в Государственном театре в Штутгарте.
В 2002 году Проект, расширившийся до рамок Фестиваля мирового балета, снова вернулся на сцену Большого театра России.
Сбор от Гала-вечеров Фестиваля передаётся в виде персональной материальной помощи ветеранам балета различных танцевальных коллективов Москвы.
