На базе Института гуманитарного образования и тестирования (г. Москва) при поддержке Министерства просвещения Российской Федерации начал свою работу Центр открытого образования на русском языке и обучения русскому языку.
Разработаны шесть курсов для иностранных граждан: «Я говорю по-русски!», «Вперед, навстречу России!», «Импульс», «Билет в Россию», «Учимся играя», а также курс для педагогов «Актуальные вопросы методики преподавания РКИ».
В настоящее время по этим курсам обучаются более 300 иностранных граждан. Курсы проводятся дистанционно на безвозмездной основе. Продолжительность каждого курса – 36 академических часов.
Все курсы призваны формировать интерес к русскому языку и литературе, популяризировать достижения российской науки, познакомить иностранных граждан всех возрастов с историей и культурой России. По окончании программы все участники получат сертификаты.
В. Г. Белинский писал: «Русский язык — один из богатейших языков в мире, в этом нет никакого сомнения».
Институт гуманитарного образования и тестирования предлагает иностранным гражданам убедиться в этом лично и приглашает на курсы РКИ.
Проект реализуется с использованием гранта Министерства просвещения Российской Федерации.
