- Екатерина, вы пришли в «Мираж», когда группа уже была популярна. Было страшно? С какими трудностями вы столкнулись? Коллектив и поклонники группы сразу вас приняли?
Екатерина Болдышева: Да, я очень волновалась. Я не знала, как примут меня участники группы, и чего можно ждать от зрителей. Представляете, какой для меня это был стресс! И вот я стою за кулисами «Гор-Холла», меня трясёт, а ведущий уже объявляет наш выход. Тут же за кулисами стоит Надежда Бабкина, которая тоже участвовала в этой программе. Она увидела моё волнение, подошла ко мне и шепнула на ухо: «Деточка, не волнуйся, всё будет хорошо!» После этих слов я вроде как немного внутренне успокоилась и пошла сцену. Но всё равно, всё было как в тумане, я не помню, как я отработала, но Андрей Литягин, который летал с нами на эти гастроли, сказал: «Молодец, справилась, можно сказать, прошла проверку».
- Ваши любимые песни из репертуара группы?
Екатерина: Да, есть несколько песен, которые мне нравится петь больше всего. Это «Эхо», «Звезда», «В ритме шагов». Но на самом деле я люблю все песни из нашего репертуара.

- Вы же не только партнёры по группе. Вы ещё муж и жена. Как рабочие отношения стали личными?
Алексей: Это произошло далеко не сразу. Несколько лет мы просто работали вместе на сцене, у каждого из нас была семья. Но спустя какое-то время мы оба расстались со своими партнёрами, и это не было связано с нашими отношениями, их в то время просто не было. Всё произошло как-то само собой.
