«Медведь» — совместный проект театра «Центр драматургии и режиссуры» и Международного театрального фестиваля имени А.П. Чехова.
В основе спектакля лежит история романа, вспыхнувшего между двумя незнакомыми людьми. Главные герои в исполнении Елены Яковлевой и Александра Феклистова разыгрывают то ненависть, то любовь, и правила игры в этой комедии известны только им. Традиционный водевиль переосмысляется в жанре саундрама, и сценическая композиция выстраивается на пересечении оперного и драматического искусства. Арии на итальянском, французском и немецком языках соединяются с классическим исполнением чеховской пьесы, чтобы отразить всю многозначность поединка страстей между персонажами.
Режиссер Владимир Панков: «Спектакль о бесконечной противоречивости женщины. Когда она говорит “нет” – это не значит “нет”. Когда говорит “да” – это не значит “да”. В тонкостях психологии Чехов ас. К концу пьесы загадок становится еще больше. И никаких разгадок нет. Любовь – игра, которую можно разыгрывать на протяжении всей жизни».
