21 апреля в ресторане Hamster состоялось мероприятие серии #Проbeauty, посвящённое спорту. В формате бранча гости обсудили роль спорта в жизни современного человека, роль активного образа жизни в достижении гармонии между физическим состоянием и внутренним благополучием.
Основной темой мероприятия стал тезис о том, что для современного человека спорт, физические нагрузки, активный досуг – это не просто обязательные составляющие образа жизни, не дань моде, не стремление достичь идеальных пропорций. Спорт – это то, что позволяет развиваться и жить в гармонии с собой и внешним миром, настраиваться на позитивное восприятие жизненных событий, выстраивать коммуникации и в конечном итоге получать максимум удовольствия от жизни.
Бранч посетили: Екатерина Стриженова, Костя Цзю, Катя Гордон, Мария Кожевникова, Алика Смехова, Светлана Пермякова, Анна Тихомирова, Артём Овчаренко, Мария Шурочкина, Женя Малахова, Яна Крайнова, Анастасия Гребёнкина.
Своими мнениями на тему значимости спорта в жизни поделились и известные спортсмены, которые не понаслышке знают, как важно поддерживать форму и как занятия спортом помогают сформировать характер и воспитать силу воли. На вопрос, можно ли не отказывать себе в гастрономических удовольствиях и при этом сохранять стройность, ответил Костя Цзю. Он рассказал, что очень любит семейные ужины и не собирается от них отказываться. А поддерживать форму ему помогает ежедневная зарядка.
Все гости бранча сошлись во мнении, что спорт идёт рука об руку с красотой, гармонией, стилем. И что в создании любого образа важную роль играют детали. О современных тенденциях в области аксессуаров рассказал основатель бренда Alexander Diagan Александр Чил-Акопов, он презентовал часы Tourbillon Moscow Limited Edition: «Создавая эти часы, мы стремились объединить современные технологии и глубокое уважение к российским традициям. Гости с интересом познакомились с новинками, поделились своими секретами здорового питания, обменялись фирменными рецептами. Некоторые секреты раскрыл гостям шеф-повар ресторана HamsterДмитрий Погорелов. Под его руководством и при помощи гаджетов Braun Мария Шурочкина приготовила тальяту из говяжьей вырезки с руколой и пекорино, а Яна Крайнова – освежающие и питательные смузи: ягодный и яблоко-шпинат.
